Your mission

• Act as a focal point for the Data Team, ensuring optimal communication with WDL team members, both inside and outside the Data Team;
• Provide support in task management, including coordination of different team members;
• Coordinate and oversee different activities across the team;
• Build institutional memory by accurate meeting notes, action points in Confluence;
• Support the development and implementation of internal administrative processes, communication and deadlines;
• Be open to learning something new each day and innovating using technology.

Your profile

• Bachelor in business administration, or other related area, or alternatively at least 3 years of professional experience in supporting senior or executive teams;
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of project management and coordination;
• Well-rounded experience in supporting and assisting high-level professionals and executives in all matters related to their daily business activities;
• Time management skills to monitor and evaluate activities across different team members and projects;
• High level of problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office and overall IT savviness;
• Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail as well as structured, analytical and critical thinking;
• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages (especially German) are advantageous;
• Ability to work and be flexible in a fast-paced scale-up environment;
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to deal with cultural and geographical diversity.
