The opportunity
You will be working in teams with experienced financial advisor, where you will learn and develop the skills you need to perform mergers and acquisition, in a range of situations and sectors. There is the opportunity for and likelihood of travel, both within Greater China and potentially internationally. When working on projects you will almost always be working as part of a wider cross service line team.

Your key responsibilities
The role is like a financial advisor, not only maintain good relationship, but also you will provide companies and clients for professional transaction process, due diligence experience and valuation experience. We also help clients determine the right deal to do, prepare proposals and reports, and then assist them in doing the deal right by various services we are providing.
Skills and attributes for success
Define target-screening scope, and comprehensively evaluate companies in their market positioning and product competitiveness.- Valuate different financial vehicles and packages, and present pricing models.
- Evaluate and source the deal flow, and attend related investment activities.
- Work closely with partners in deal negotiation and closing of sales contracts.
- Facilitate post-sale service engagement.
- Prepare Mergers and Acquisition proposals and reports to clients.
- Maintain good relationship with potential clients and targets.
Requirements:
To qualify for the role you must have
University graduates with a minimum of over 2 years' work experience in capital market or good auditing expereince.- Good understanding of Mergers and Acquisition cycle.
- Strong project management skill.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts.
- Familiar with research and analysis tools such as Bloomberg and Thomson.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Mergers and Acquisition/transaction/auditing experience- Client facing experience from a professional services background
