Are you the new business-minded team player we are looking for?
We are looking for an assertive, business-minded person to manage a wide range of project execution and development topics. We expect you to share our passion in technology and project execution, and you are committed to move our customers’ performance as well as our internal development targets forward.
Your playground is in pneumatic, hydraulic, and lubrication in whole Board and Paper portfolio. You will act as a supervisor for fluid team, and having an important role of team development. In this position, you are responsible for fluid technology, and you lead your own responsible area project engineering, and project execution together with your own team, Valmet area teams, and subcontracting network. Quality and cost competitiveness is as well part of your daily work.
Requirements:
You have relevant technical education, B.Sc. or an M.Sc. preferably in automation technology. We appreciate your experience in board and paper machine processes, also understanding of engineering and delivery processes will be benefit for you.
Collaboration skills are highly appreciated. In this role, you will work together with other Valmet Business Lines, Technology Units as well as with other Paper Mills departments.
We expect you to network easily both internally and externally and in a matrix type of working environment.
Your presentation and influencing skills are excellent and you find negotiations inspiring. You also have strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Finnish.
