To support a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy by promoting EE message. To assist on engagement surveys. Staff Correspondence (IR issue inclusive of PIP, Warning Letter, Show Cause Letter, Breach of Contract Letter) To work with cross-functional teams to identify unique business needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy. To champion the Employee Engagement (EE) Program. Any ad-hoc jobs as required.
